Technology Park plots

The economically strong Munich region with its high density of industry leaders and innovative clusters in future-oriented industries offers an ideal environment for expanding companies. The following urban areas are particularly suitable for your relocation project.

We would be happy to advise you if you are interested in one of our technology park sites, which the City of Munich allocates on a leasehold basis.

In the east, in the immediate vicinity of the Munich trade fair grounds with very good connections and modern infrastructure, individual spaces are still available in the Technology Park Messestadt Riem, which fit perfectly into the new district with retail, restaurants and hotels.

Another, larger area is located near Munich's western city boundary, where the new Freiham district is currently taking shape. The approximately ten-hectare Freiham Technology Park extends south of Bodenseestraße. The area is particularly suitable for research-intensive companies from the ICT, life sciences, medical and electrical engineering sectors.

Attractive surroundings of the trade fair city

The Riem Technology Park in the west of the trade fair city offers 14 hectares of developed and around one hectare of undeveloped commercial space for companies from the life sciences and high-tech sectors. Well-known companies already based here include the medical technology manufacturer Brainlab AG, the software developer Nemetschek SE, the precious metals trader pro aurum and Labor Staber medical laboratory.

10-hectare technology park in the west

The approximately 10-hectare Freiham Technology Park is located near the western city limits south of Bodenseestraße, north of the A 96 freeway (Lindau) and east of the A 99 freeway, still within the city of Munich. There are connections to both highways.

Not far from the technology park is the new Freiham district center on Bodenseestraße, which is very well connected to public transport via the Freiham S-Bahn stop on the S 8 (Airport - Ostbahnhof - Marienplatz - Pasing - Herrsching).

Ten plots are still available

The Freiham Technology Park offers companies from innovative growth sectors commercial plots tailored to their needs. It is designed for companies that require a high proportion of space for research, development and non-disruptive production - for example in the life sciences (biotechnology, bioinformatics, pharmaceuticals, medical technology) or in the field of information and communication technologies (ICT).

The plots in the Technology Park can be flexibly subdivided so that we can offer areas from as little as 1,100 m².
